#xrp whales and associates

I have noticed for several weeks now a strong selling pressure on XRP.
Despite favorable moments, the selling pressure is stronger and manipulates the market much better.
I don't know exactly who they are of course, but hats off to them for being so effective in managing price increases and being able to gently but surely bring it back to where they want, namely below 3 USDC.
I do not know their interest, is it related to the upcoming creation of ETFs, or the banking role that XRP aims for with or against SWIFT? ??
Is this the current limit of XRP?

Small advice for beginner investors:
