You are idiots if you think that the creator wants to bring down his own token by suing Binance.

A creator who has a successful coin and is listed on the main exchange in the world (and many others) would be proud of it, why would he want it delisted and the price to fall?

Because he obviously knows that he is not going to achieve it, Binance will laugh at him or at most will shut him up with a good sum (which is one of its objectives without a doubt)

But the main and real objective is a strategy to provoke panic sales in which he himself buys his own coin cheaply from those who sold at a loss in panic

For when his threat of a lawsuit is silenced prior to payment from Binance or that it simply has no further effect, when the controversy passes and it is more so listed on Coinbase, Kraken and others. some Elon Musk comment about the squirrel, Donald Trump's inauguration among others and the price pumps up profiting enormously.

It is therefore a manipulation by its creator, a great trap for bears, knowing that he himself can have an impact on the price under that action and even increase the drop even more if he sells part of his holdings to become even richer by buying even cheaper.

Do not fall into the stupid trap, pnut will go high.
