Hello everyone, I created a futures grid for the NOT coin and caught a bug in the exchange operation
I created a Long $NOT futures grid around 0.0051, added margin for safe operation of the bot. On the night of February 3, the price fell to 0.0021 and the grid caught a bug. I think the bug was revealed due to trading (it seems to me that the grid turned over and simply began to work as a short grid).
Binance support could not help me, they said that everything was ok.
The attached photos show that orders are going as if there was a short position
The grid caught a BUG, I don’t know what to do. Support does not help ...
