Don't use only  Bob ( bank of boroda)  indian bank digital e rupee for P2P  . ( Highly recommend)  .  the below attached screenshot is bank of boroda digital e rupee.
Other bank digital erupee  is safe .

Solution :

if you think your  any bank  account or bob digital e rupee wallet has been freezed wrongly , then go to the bank and direct contact to bank manager and ask them  for full details  , they will give you a print out with proper details with acknowledgement number . if they ignore , then email to bank branch then after 30 days  file case on RBI online cms portal website   , you can receive all the details from RBI .

step 1   :  you can see the acknowledgement case number on that letter with full details  . u can see also who file case on you . you can contact them  and tell them to withdraw case .
step 2 : you can find on this letter which state cyber crime  freezed your account . go to Google and search for that state Cyber crime , them email them  with bank statement and one id and told them you r account has been freezed wrongly , so unfreeze it .

step 3 . if you think still your account  didn't  unfreezed then  just go to your nearest cyber cell office and told them to file recase  on this acknowledgement number   .

step 4 : if you think cyber department freezed your account by chain , u didn't  accept any money  directly from any fraudstar , u r only a P2P trader  .  your purpose is only trading  .

Then  go to court  and simply  contact normal lawer or cyber lawer and file recase aginst  on that acknowledgement number  .  and tell them to sent a letter  with court stamp  to that cyber cell  state  .   they will investigate to that person who file case on you  .
bcz  he/she will be unknown  , if u r not directly involved or u don't know them ,  then he/she will withdraw case.

your account will be unfreezed easily. because u have all proof what you have done online portal .

Let me tell you one thing  more  , in 2k25 cyber cell department  can't  freeze  any person account  without proper full proof  as per new law. they have no rights now to full freezed account without any asking or proper proof. 😊

JUST FILE RECASE ON THAT ACKNOWLEDGEMENT NUMBER . YOUR ACCOUNT WILL BE UNFREEZED DEFINATELY.
