• The custodian is Foris DAX Trust Company, LLC.

SharpLink Gaming announces a private placement of $425,000,000 to initiate its Ethereum treasury strategy. The company plans to issue approximately 69.1 million shares at a price of $6.15 per share. 🚨 Strive raises $1.5 billion to build Bitcoin reserves
Strive Asset Management - a company founded by former US presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy - has just completed a $750 million funding round through a PIPE (private investment in public equity), with an option to raise an additional $750 million if investors fully exercise their stock purchase rights.
The main goal is to accumulate large-scale BTC and become the first Bitcoin reserve company to pursue an 'alpha' strategy - generating profits that exceed BTC performance rather than simply holding. They will use the raised funds to:
- Buy back undervalued biotechnology companies that have lower valuations than their cash reserves.
- Target problematic Bitcoin claims, especially from the Mt. Gox incident (estimated to be worth up to $7.9B).
- Seek high-risk Bitcoin-related loans or credits that are being purchased at a low price.
This strategy is also advised by Cantor Fitzgerald - the financial firm of US Secretary of Commerce Howard Lutnick. Details of the plan will be shared at the Bitcoin conference in Las Vegas today.
