On the evening of June 4 (morning of June 5 in Hanoi), U.S. President Donald Trump signed a declaration completely banning entry for citizens from 12 countries including Afghanistan, Myanmar, Chad, Congo, Equatorial Guinea, Eritrea, Haiti, Iran, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, and Yemen. Citizens from 7 countries, namely Burundi, Cuba, Laos, Sierra Leone, Togo, Turkmenistan, and Venezuela will also face partial entry restrictions.
