Whatâs Different About Treehouse? - tAssets & DOR
As DeFi continues to evolve, more and more users are starting to focus on how to achieve more stable and efficient yields on-chain. The protocol has proposed two key components - tAssets and DOR - attempting to bring a 'fixed income' experience similar to traditional finance to DeFi. tAssets is a new type of liquid staking asset that not only earns staking rewards but also brings additional earnings through protocol strategies; DOR is a mechanism for generating on-chain interest rate benchmarks, helping to establish a unified, transparent, and manipulation-resistant interest rate system. Furthermore, the protocol connects users, quote providers, and incentive mechanisms in the ecosystem through its native token, enhancing system security and participation.

Today, let's briefly talk about the newly launched $GAIA (GaiaNet). I took a quick look at its financing structure and token distribution, and organized a few points for everyone to judge for themselves.
đ§ What is the project about?
In simple terms, GAIA aims to create a decentralized AI network. Theoretically, it is in the direction of 'personal AI assistants,' integrating narratives of edge computing and data privacy. It sounds great, but currently, the practical path seems quite idealistic; I haven't seen any particularly impressive demos of the product yet.
đž Financing Situation
On July 23, it just announced a round of financing totaling 20 million USD: seed round + Series A, each 10 million. There are quite a few investors, led by ByteTrade Lab, SUSQUEHANNA, MANTLE, Mirana (of Bybit), and they also brought in MoonPay, which is more of a retail entry. From the financing perspective, the backing is indeed sufficient, and the resources should not be lacking.
đ Opening & Token Structure
Launched on July 30 on Alpha, Bitget, MEXC, Kraken. The opening price on Alpha was 0.05, and now itâs around 0.11, more than doubling.
Total Supply: 1 billion Initial Circulation: 17%, current circulating market cap is about 18.7 million USD. FDV: Approximately 110 million based on the current token price. Institutions: 20% Team: 15% (not clear how long itâs locked) Mining Incentives: 32% Community + Ecosystem + Token Pool: Total 17% (of which part is early release)
The initial circulation is quite small, and there arenât many community airdrops, so the selling pressure is currently not significant, making it easier for the price to rise.
â Points I think are good Strong financing, with resources and connections, there should be further moves ahead. Controlled airdrops, deployed on the ETH mainnet, indicating that the project team is genuinely investing money. AI + Infra + Agent + Edge, the narrative is relatively new.
â Points I am cautious about There are too many AI Infra projects now, many are just 'shells + issuing tokens.' I havenât seen a particularly clear token empowerment logic; besides incentivizing nodes, there doesnât seem to be a compelling reason to hold.
đ§Ÿ In summary: It's suitable for players chasing AI narratives and investing in resource tokens, but I do not recommend a 'blind buy' approach. Currently, the trend is hot, and institutions are involved; the key is to see if there will be substantial products and a token value closed loop in the future. Friends who have actually deployed nodes or tried demos are also welcome to share their experiences.
The South Korean blockchain gaming platform project Delabs Games is about to launch the Binance Wallet TGE! đ„ (Issue 32)
đ Time: July 28th, 4 PM - 6 PM (UTC+8) đĄ Subscription: Requires Binance Alpha points, eligible friends don't miss out
I actually played Delabs before, last year I played several of their games (Rumble Racing Star and Boxing Star X) on Telegram, which were quite popular. They climbed the rankings pretty well, but later I might have gotten tired of them and stopped playing đ
According to the information, they are backed by a South Korean Web3 game studio established in 2021, and they have released 4 games with a decent user base: đ± Total users over 25 million, over 45 million transactions, and nearly 600 million wallets (though Iâm not sure how accurate this data is)
The total token supply is 3 billion, and the community share is decent (community + airdrop 32%), and the VC part seems relatively restrained, not particularly outrageous. They previously raised a total of $9.9M in three rounds, and based on a 20% estimate, the valuation is about $50M. Compared to other Korean blockchain games, like CROSS, which can still pull a wave after a huge investment, this project should also be quite lively.
đš There are also 120 million DELABS reserved for future activities, so there may be more participation opportunities later. Interested parties can follow up.
YALA First Round Airdrop: Did You Get It? đđđ
The first phase of the YALA airdrop is about to end, and many people are stuck around the score line of 240, watching themselves get eliminated. Itâs not really a matter of âbad luck,â but rather that most of us didnât understand the underlying logic of this game from the start: - In the first round, itâs not about "whether you have scored enough," but whether you are the person whose "score just makes it, and is also quick enough" - Forgetting the time and delaying claiming is actually a misjudgment of the platform's rhythm and priorities - Too many people only make last-minute claims, resulting in points not being counted, wasting efforts
Later, I realized: the Alpha system essentially simulates a "user hierarchy"âthe higher the score, the earlier the claim, the more certainty; the lower the score, the more passive, relying on luck.
However, itâs not completely hopeless: - The threshold for the second phase will dynamically decrease, keeping an eye on time and system rhythm still presents opportunities - Now placing limit orders, while the 4x points bonus may not catch up with this round of airdrop, it is accumulating "user identity value" for future airdrops, whitelists, and qualification acquisition - Temporary point supplementation may not be recorded at the moment, but from a longer-term perspective, it is remedying the structural disadvantage afterwards
Ultimately, Alpha is not about "who temporarily scores the most gets the airdrop," but about who truly continues to participate, contributes behavioral data, and forms behavioral tags. The airdrop is just the beginning; the rules will only become more refined. The earlier you participate, the more proactive you are. Waiting to understand before supplementing points is often too late.
Saw the new rule this morning: trading with CEX addresses earns 4x points! I feel like I can revive and grind for another hundred years! But after thinking it over, I decided to switch assets for stability.
AB is too scary, BR is very volatile, so I finally went back to my old buddy $SERAPH, after all, it just recently experienced a pump and support, and the price has been stable in a range. The trading volume is currently not very prominent, and there shouldnât be too many people rushing in for now, just secretly coming here to share a bit with the brothers.
If you have any other good ones, feel free to share, hahaha, just saying donât hang yourself on one tree.
$SERAPH really got brought back by the project team...
That day it dropped to 0.07, I thought it was over, but the project team actually bought it back all the way from the chain and CEX, and today it directly rose by +56%. Looking back, it was simply a bargain!
I was curious and checked the repurchase address they announced, and found out they have indeed been buying, almost always picking up at the lows during sell-offs, along with the buying on CEX, they have bought a total of several million dollars of $SERAPH...
To be honest, at this stage in blockchain gaming, seeing a project really holding the price with real money, while still steadily distributing rewards and making progress in the season, makes you feel like not adding to your position would be a loss.
The S3 reward distribution is about to start, and the 30-day staking is also about to unlock. I personally have continued to increase my position; how far off can the next 2x be?
