today I will write about how to earn from funding fees . Basically two things
1st if funding fee is positive then short perpetual directions will earn money and if funding fee is negative then long perpetual directions will earn money
Example if a coin has a funding rate of -1%
then the open positions in long direction with 1000$ will receive 10$ every 4 hours .
now we will use a trick here funding fee is only in perpetual not in spot margin section so we will open that trade with same amount in opposite direction in spot margin and the position will be balanced but make sure you have enough unds to perform here operations
correctly I suggest to at least use 2000$ 1000 in future and 1000 in spot margin to balance .
and the most important thing use tp and sl on both sides like if you have planted a tp of coin alt at 0.033 than place an sl of 0.033 on the spot margin side. funding fee is given 8 times a day on alt coins so if you catch a coin with -1% funding rate you can make 70$ to 74$
a day . many big whales uses this method for easy money. It's not at all a financial advise I hope you will first apply on small amount of check by yourself and then go to higher assets . if you want to ask anythingelse comment under post.
