Nubank is testing a tool that gives customers the option to save money in “banks” instead of sending it to betting houses. In a statement to TecMundo, the financial company confirmed the news.
When trying to send a Pix to a key normally used by betting houses, the user receives a warning in the app: “how about saving this money?”.
An additional text informs that “some of these games are legalized in Brazil, but there are no guarantees of winning”. “By saving this money instead of betting, you can be sure that it will yield results without worrying”, says another part of the alert.
