Arquitecta argentina. Cripto-entusiasta del ladrillo digital š§± Explorando el mundo Web3 con una mirada constructiva. Publico en espaƱol š¦š·š
Since I started linking the crypto world with my profession, I also began to think of my investments as projects. Today, I don't have a definitive portfolio, but I do have a plan: to diversify into assets that connect with what I know how to build. I am exploring $BTC and $USDC as structural bases, and adding tokens like $MANA and $sand that represent virtual land and habitable digital spaces. I am also interested in $BNB for its solid ecosystem and potential for real use. As in any architectural design, I seek a balance between stability, future projection, and growth potential. Building a portfolio is also about projecting. And in Web3, there is a lot of ground to design.
In architecture, innovation and regulation must go hand in hand to build safe and functional structures. Recently, the SEC held a roundtable on asset tokenization, highlighting the need to adapt current regulations to new blockchain technologies. It was discussed how tokenization can improve efficiency and transparency in financial markets. As an architect, I am fascinated by how tokenization can be applied to the real estate sector, allowing for the fractionalization of property value and facilitating access to previously inaccessible investments. This evolution represents a new era in wealth building and democratization of investments.#CryptoRoundTableRemarks
As an architect, I know that a solid foundation is essential for any construction. In economics, that foundation is inflation. The recent CPI report in the U.S. showed an annual inflation rate of 2.3%, below expectations. This figure has had a positive impact on the crypto market, especially on Bitcoin, which has surpassed $100,000. The decrease in inflation suggests a possible easing of monetary policy, which could benefit risk assets like cryptocurrencies. Just as in architecture a firm foundation allows for upward construction, a stable economy can drive the growth of digital assets. #CryptoCPIWatch
In the crypto world, not everything is Dogecoin and promises of the moon š There are also projects that aim to tokenize real properties so you can invest in bricks... but with a digital wallet š§±š»
š What is a real estate token? It is a digital representation of a part of a real property. Like buying one square meter of a house on the blockchain.
š” Why does it matter? Because it reduces entry barriers, allows fractional ownership, and automates management with smart contracts.
š Projects to explore:
$PROPY
$REAL
$REI
$LAND (in the metaverse)
Would you invest in digital bricks? I'm listening š
