Antes de esa fecha se tienen que pronunciar con un SI o un NO.
No se puede retrasar.
Según Bloomberg, las probabilidades de que se vaya a aprobar son de 999 contra 1, y no hace falta ni que lo diga BB, es inevitable. La SEC ha intentado disimular y retrasarlo lo máximo posible, pero no puede extenderlo más.
Ese SI o NO es vinculante para el resto de ETFs de Bitcoin al contado.
En el momento que aprueben el primero el 10 de enero 24 (ALERTA SPOILER = VA A PASAR) el resto están aprobados también tácitamente e inevitablemente, y da igual que sea oficial más tarde o menos, estarán aprobados igual todos ¿lo entiendes?
