The Swiss Lausanne Institute of Management released the "2024 World Competitiveness Yearbook" on the 18th. China ranked 14th among 67 economies. China's ranking this year rose 7 places from last year.

The "2024 World Competitiveness Yearbook" shows that the top ten economies are Singapore, Switzerland, Denmark, Ireland, Hong Kong, Sweden, the United Arab Emirates, Taiwan, the Netherlands, and Norway. The United States ranks 12th, China ranks 14th, South Korea ranks 20th, and Japan ranks 38th.
