Some thoughts on positions and spot
1. Long-term positions are only suitable for spot, and the trend can be long or short, which can be a few days, a few weeks, or a few months.
2. Long-term positions can enter the market on the left side, and can endure endless shocks and roller coasters. In the bull market, because of the abundant liquidity, the breakthrough after adjustment is generally a true breakthrough, and there will be fewer false breakthroughs like in the bear market.
2. The heavy position of the target must be understood by yourself. Only by analyzing the fundamentals, technical aspects, main force strength and other aspects to get consistent resonance results can you enhance your confidence in holding positions. Only when you have sufficient confidence in holding positions will you not be suspicious because of heavy positions.
3. It is best to spread the long-term spot positions on 3-5 targets, with 3 being the best. Don't be too single, and don't be too scattered. Holding too many or too few targets will have a certain impact on your mentality during the holding process.
4. Before building a long-term target, you need to spend enough time analyzing it. Once the position is built, you should be as still as a mountain. No matter how crazy the currency outside is rising, don't be jealous. In a bull market, the currency will rise. How much it rises, how much it rises, and whether it rises first or later, you can only take one scoop from the weak water.
5. Put a large position on a fully researched target, only play spot, and separate a part of the mobile position (10%, don't feel bad if you lose) to find breakthrough opportunities for various currencies, increase leverage, and work hard.
6. When to stop profit? In a bull market environment, developing the habit of stopping profit in batches will help cultivate a good mentality. You must not have the mentality of missing out and earning less. However, there are still some ideas for escaping the top, such as whether the current market value ranking of the currency is reasonable, whether there is an accelerated rush to the top, and whether the market has a peak signal. Escaping the top is still a very difficult thing. Keep a calm mind and accept the so-called less profit. There is no shortage of opportunities in the market. If you miss this target, there are other targets.
