Greetings friends, as I mentioned in my previous articles, the price of bitcoin was pumped by whales in the market with no volume. Altcoins entered a downward trend again, even before reaching their previous falling prices.
During these times, bitcoin increases its dominance by crushing altcoins. Or during the decline, the dominance remains the same and crushes the altcoins.
So, how do I manage my portfolio to protect myself from this situation? Since I am a long-term investor, I took 40 percent of my profit at the beginning of April and kept it in cash. This way, during the decline, I increase the amount of altcoins I hold for the long term without bringing in more money from outside the market. Remember, this market does not forgive greed, you should take your profit when you can. Do not panic and sell your assets during declines. Remember, you have not made a loss as long as you do not sell.
