Why do we fall and why shouldn't we worry?
Greetings, when we compare it with the American elections after the BTC halving, this year is the year with the longest distance. When you look at it so far, all the halvings have been in the same year as the American elections and BTC has shown a downward trend in this period.
Friends who say we are bankrupt...
1- America speculates before the election and organizes election campaigns for itself like other states, be it war, the Fed's monetary policies and the inflation process.
2- We are in the summer period, the time when the markets hit the bottom, take the goods from the hands of small investors and attract them to the whales.
3-Halving has occurred, miners whose profits have decreased are selling and leaving the business.
4- If you ask why we seem to be falling while other markets are rising, we rose more sharply than other markets, let's make a correction.
5-Before the Ether ETF, corporates wanted to sell and collect the goods at a cheap price.
6-If the market were to turn bearish at this point, do you think companies like Sony, Grayscale and Blackrock would have approved ETF at the beginning of this year?
7-All central banks in the world are planning to reduce monetary policy rates by the end of this year, this means monetary expansion, many banks have reduced it, do not panic and lose what you have. Btc is still a product in a very risky asset class.
It would be delusional to expect money to flow in and a hype in the sector before the economy gets back on track in general.
In short, we are in a period where economic breakthroughs are delayed due to the long interval between the American elections and the halving. If necessary, stay away from the screens until the last quarter of this year and do not enter the sector with debt or, seriously, the money you will need for the next at least 5 months, or approach it with dreams. However, do not despair, this period is a process, I wish everyone a prosperous 2025 where they will be happy with their families and loved ones.
