⛏Marathon, one of the largest mining pools currently, has distributed over 8,000 BTC.
Between November 2022 and October 2023, Marathon added more than 11,000 BTC to its reserves, a portion of which came from the mining process. Currently, its reserve stands at 5,200 BTC, compared to over 13,200 in October 2023. This indicates that the company took advantage of the opportune moment during Bitcoin's price rise to realize profits, marking a significant change in its asset management strategy.
