BitMine Secures Over 2% of Ethereum’s Supply with $1.19B ETH Purchase
Tom Lee’s BitMine Immersion has added another 264,378 $ETH ($1.19B) to its holdings, bringing the firm’s total stash to 2,416,000 $ETH as of Sept 21 — now controlling over 2% of Ethereum’s circulating supply.
This solidifies BitMine as the largest Ethereum treasury globally and the second-largest overall crypto treasury, trailing only Strategy. With an ambitious target of owning 5% of Ethereum’s supply, BitMine is positioning itself as a dominant force in ETH accumulation.
