K Line Knowledge Sharing D1:
Regarding K Line charts, do you often hear two extreme voices in your ears: 'K Line Theory' and 'K Line is Useless Theory'? The former believes that as long as you watch the K Line, all market information (capital, sentiment, supply and demand) will ultimately be reflected in the K Line trend; the latter believes that the K Line is just a historical record of price fluctuations, and even thinks that it is intentionally drawn by the big players to deceive retail investors. When you open a position, the trend of the K Line will change, so the K Line has no reference value.
Let me first share my personal view: the K Line has important reference value, but it is not absolute.
I admit that the K Line may indeed be used by the main forces to deceive you, but for retail investors like us, the K Line is already the most accurate information we can obtain. Some people say: 'I like to analyze fundamentals, hotspots, dig for insider information…' But can your analysis of fundamentals, news, and value compare with those professionals from institutions? Can it compare with the project parties? If you can obtain absolutely reliable insider information, it would naturally be the most valuable information, but how many people in the crypto space can get that? I have things to do, I have a family to support, where do I have so much time and energy? I'm not part of that circle, I'm sorry, what I can get are messages without any information gap, such as: the Federal Reserve is about to cut interest rates! So for us retail investors, the K Line has become the most valuable and most reflective of the actual situation.
Regardless of how it is said, the main force definitely wants retail investors to take over, so it must reflect this in the price, even if there is some deception. The K Line is already the most useful information that we retail investors can obtain.
So why say it is not absolute? Minute charts, hourly charts, including daily charts are all heavily populated areas for big players to manipulate; those who believe it are naive. Short-term players really need to combine multiple pieces of information to judge the trend.
Therefore, it is said that 'nothing is absolute in the world.' Starting from today, I will continuously share the K Line knowledge I have learned, from shallow to deep, hoping to help crypto friends who agree with the above views. #k线分析
