Official Linea opens airdrop eligibility check portal, more than 749,000 eligible wallets

The layer-2 network #Linea , developed by Consensys, has launched the eligibility check tool for LINEA tokens airdrop. This is an important preparatory step for the token allocation event (TGE), with 10% of the total supply allocated to the community.

Large-scale and transparent airdrop

More than 9.36 billion LINEA will be distributed to 749,662 eligible wallet addresses over a 90-day period, from 10/09 to 09/12/2025. A notable point of this airdrop is the absolute transparency: no tokens are allocated to the team or investors, 85% of the supply belongs to the community and the ecosystem fund. More than 800,000 Sybil wallets have been removed, ensuring tokens reach real users.

Unique and potential tokenomics

Linea adopts a dual deflationary model by burning 20% of the fee $ETH and using the remaining 80% of the fee to buy and burn LINEA. This mechanism is expected to create sustainable value for the token. The airdrop criteria are based on the Linea Voyage and Linea Surge programs, rewarding early and active users.
