赵长鹏在香港大学发表了演讲，概括一下就是他认为香港在稳定币上的出路是港元稳定币，最好是人民币稳定币，言外之意就是香港发美元稳定币机会不大；RWA代币推荐先搞金融资产，债券、股票、etf搞起来，不要想着去搞香港房产RWA代币化，流动性太差，没人买单；然后他觉得香港自己搞虚拟币交易所很难，缺乏流动性，建议引入币安合作；他觉得dex未来会占据更大的市场份额，建议香港在合规设计上给dex发展留下空间。最后他觉得ai+web3未来有万亿级别的市场，未来每个人会有大量的ai助手，从而产生大量高频、小额的支付需要，传统银行应付不来，需要靠链上支付。
