Troll cut many zeros quickly, how is that possible?

They say Bob will also cut, for that to happen strongly, an entry of $200M dollars is necessary. This way, Bob would practically have the same capitalization as Troll. Interestingly, the number of holders is almost the same. It seems that only small investors entered BOB and whales in TROLL. Is my reasoning correct? Comment to me!
