🇺🇸 SEC CHAIR: “MOST CRYPTO ASSETS AREN’T SECURITIES”

SEC Chair Paul Atkins just said most crypto tokens shouldn’t be treated as securities.

That’s a major shift from the SEC, and could finally give Ethereum and others a clearer legal status as commodities instead.

It also backs new laws like the GENIUS Act that aim to protect crypto innovation.
