🟢 Ethereum futures volume surpasses that of Bitcoin for the first time since 2022: a key sign of altseason
In the last hour, Glassnode confirmed that the futures volume of Ethereum has surpassed that of Bitcoin, marking the largest recorded difference in its history, a clear indication of capital rotation towards altcoins. Additionally, the open interest dominance of ETH reached nearly 40%, the highest level since April 2023. On the other hand, USDT flows on Tron, led by Binance (62% of the traffic), are fueling liquidity in the altcoin ecosystem  .
This structural change reinforces interest in DeFi projects driven by Ethereum and BNB. For Binance users, this could be an opportunity to take advantage of setups in altcoins with solid fundamentals.
