#CryptoClarityAct The Market of Digital Assets Clear Law of 2025 (CLARITY Act), or H.R. 3633, is a bipartisan legislative proposal from the U.S. presented by the chairman of the House Financial Services Committee, French Hill, on May 29, 2025, to establish a regulatory framework for digital assets. It builds on the previous Financial Innovation and Technology for the 21st Century Act (FIT21) and aims to resolve longstanding regulatory ambiguity in the crypto industry by clearly delineating oversight between the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC). The Act was passed by the House on July 17, 2025, with a bipartisan vote of 294-134 during "Crypto Week" (July 14-18, 2025) and is now under consideration by the Senate.
