Both price and RSI have formed a slight horizontal bottom.

The price has just risen above the central point of a short-term small platform, with the potential to continue oscillating upwards.
In simple terms, this wave resembles a tentative repair movement after a period of stagnation; it is not strong, but if it can continue to push higher and bring the RSI back to around 60, it may initiate a small trend.
