#HODLTradingStrategy
not only strategy, but a state of mind...
Over the years, I understood one thing:
"It's not always about making money quickly. Sometimes the greatest profit is... to survive."
My approach to HODL is not about blindly holding.
It's about selection, observation, patience, and... lack of emotions when everyone is shouting "sell!" or "to the moon!"
Here is my personal HODL strategy that I apply:
I only buy what I understand – projects with utility, fundamentals, and adoption (ETH, SOL, BNB, sometimes quiet alt-gems)
Entry? – Always after a correction. When the market is bleeding – that's my signal.
I don't hold forever – HODL for me means “at least 6 months of peace without checking every 5 minutes.”
I always have an exit plan – a plan for TP and a partial exit when the project breaks out.
I don't panic during drops – because I lost the most when I panicked, not when I held.
I used to try day trading, scalping, futures...
I once “burned my account” due to lack of SL and greed.
Then I understood that emotions kill profit, and time is my ally.
Today my strategy is:
60% HODL (ETH, SOL, stable + gems)
30% flexible staking and launch pools
10% speculation with a risk limit
And you? What does HODL mean to you?
Is it lack of movement, or... the most thought-out move?
Leave a comment – maybe together we can create something more than just a strategy. Maybe a philosophy.
