2/ So, why haven't there been cuts yet?
Simple: Inflation is above the Fed's current target
- CPI: 2.4%
- Core CPI: 2.8%
- Fed target: 2.0%
They are not turning the money printer back on... yet.
Which means: Tight conditions will remain for longer.
3/ Yes, the economy is improving and jobs are stable, growth is not collapsing.
The Fed is still worried:
• Trump tariffs
• Global tensions
• Persistent service inflation
Rate cuts delayed for now. But they will surely come and will follow China and Europe
4/ So, what does this mean for crypto?
This means we are entering a prolonged accumulation phase.
It's not an explosive top.
It's not a drop.
Just a calm period where smart money accumulates while everyone else sleeps.
