$BTC SEC has approved Trump Media's $2.3 billion Bitcoin Treasury agreement — allowing the company to raise funds and purchase BTC, becoming one of the largest public Bitcoin funds. The company has also filed for the Truth Social Bitcoin ETF, aimed at providing shareholders with direct exposure to BTC.
