The content of this article uses a different approach from the previous articles' 'wave theory' to review the current BTC weekly level.
1.
Based on 'Chans Theory', from the second half of 2022 to now, the overall trend is very orderly, or we can say standard;
Looking at the chart after December 2024, 'divergence' has appeared, and there are signs of the emergence of 'sell point 1' (just a little bit more needed).
Among 'sell point 1' and 'sell point 2' in 'Chans Theory', I personally prefer 'sell point 1' because it has relatively more room and lower trial-and-error costs. Of course, in terms of risk, 'sell point 1' > 'sell point 2'.
The appearance of 'sell point 1' often signifies the end of a wave of market activity.
2.
From the perspective of the 'trend trading method', a standard 'trend line' can be drawn from September 2023 to now. Since 2023, the price has remained above the 'trend line', indicating that the market has been in an 'uptrend'.
For the 'trend trading method', it is necessary to wait for 'sell point 1' after the price breaks below the trend line 'turning point', as well as 'sell point 2' during the subsequent rebound.
As of now, 'sell point 1' and 'sell point 2' have not appeared, so there is no effective reference to be used for waiting and observation in the future👀.
3.
Various commonly used 'indicators' have shown multiple indicators resonating with 'divergence'.
What is divergence?
In simple terms, it means the price is higher, but the corresponding value of the 'indicator' is lower; connect the prices with a line segment, and the corresponding 'indicator' also belongs to a connected line segment;
Looking from left to right, the price line segment is sloping upwards, while the indicator line segment is sloping downwards.
When 'divergence' occurs, it often indicates that the market needs to 'reverse' or 'correct';
When multiple indicators show 'divergence', it can be termed 'resonance divergence', which has more significant reference value.
👀👀👀 Lovely dividing line 👀👀👀
Although the weekly level appears larger and has a longer time cycle, it is like 'a lifetime' compared to 'a moment' with the daily level;
'Weekly level' has a more global perspective and can better accompany time.
