Can ETH still reach 4000?

The difference for Wave A of the first major wave is 2730-1385=1345;

The low value of major Wave B is 2380 (limit value to be determined);

The high value of major Wave C is the low value of major Wave B + the difference of major Wave A ≈ 2380 + 1345 ≈ 3725;

By comparing the time cycles, around June 20, it will show whether major Wave B exists;
