I started trading futures in March — before that, I had never done it, and I didn't have any serious trading experience at all. Previously, I just played around with meme coins. (Before this, I was known for finding Pepe when it was only worth $600k, and I made an eight-figure sum then.)
In a month, I turned about $3 million into $100 million… and then lost it all in a week on HyperLiquid.
I was just doing my thing, but at some point, it started attracting attention — the account quickly went viral, gaining hundreds of thousands of followers, as everything was transparent and tracked on the blockchain. Well, I caught the wave.
In general, with this sudden attention, everything quickly got out of control. Trading turned into pure gambling — I was trying to get back what I lost and not look like an idiot in front of people: like, I made $100 million and then immediately lost it all. I became greedy. I stopped taking the numbers on the screen seriously.
