🏥 Semler Scientific continues to buy Bitcoin, raising total reserves to over 4,449 $BTC

The healthcare technology company Semler Scientific has just completed a purchase of 185 BTC worth 20 million USD from May 23 to June 3, increasing the total amount of Bitcoin held by the company to 4,449 BTC. On average, each BTC was purchased at a price of 107,974 USD.

According to a filing submitted to the SEC on June 4, Semler has spent 410 million USD to accumulate the aforementioned amount of BTC – currently valued at 472.9 million USD as of June 3, equivalent to a profit of 26.7% since the company began its Bitcoin accumulation strategy in May 2024.

📉 Stock prices have not positively reflected

Despite the increase in Bitcoin value, Semler's stock has yet to attract public investors:

The stock has decreased by 37% since the beginning of 2025.

However, it has increased by 16% since May 29, 2024, when the company announced its BTC reserve strategy.
