Clocking in for Alkanes costs about 1.5U per clock-in, and you can only clock in once for 144 blocks. A single address can clock in an unlimited number of times. When clocking in, the payment address must be the same as the receiving address. If you clock in continuously for 10 times, someone in the market will buy it for 1000U, which is quite attractive. However, it seems to be quite difficult since it requires continuity.
Now the Unisat wallet also supports the Alkanes protocol. You can use the Unisat wallet for clocking in, of course, you can also use the OYL wallet. As per Qing Shui's opinion, in the case of multiple accounts, using half with Unisat wallet and the other half with OYL wallet would be better. After all, the Alkanes clock-in has been acquired by the OYL wallet, so using the OYL wallet to clock in is likely to have some weight.
There are two options for clocking in. The first is to clock in directly using OYL's official link, which will be a bit more expensive, around 3U. The other option is to use Ybot to clock in. If using OYL's official link, you can connect directly to the wallet. If using Ybot, you need to import the private key. This depends on the individual. If you use the OYL wallet and want to use Ybot to clock in, you can import the mnemonic phrase of the OYL wallet into Unisat to find the private key.
First method: Open the official link, connect directly to the OYL wallet, wait for the starting block, click Clock In, adjust the Gas, and make the payment. If the block that is skipped just happens to be on the block for clocking in, then it is successful.

Second method: Use Ybot to clock in, the payment address and the receiving address must be the same. The advantage is that you can adjust the Gas based on the real-time block progress, making it less likely to be buried, and at the same time, the cost will be lower, making it easier to achieve bulk operations. For example, using the same browser, paste different Ybot clock-in links without refreshing, import the private key, and you can realize bulk clock-ins. Of course, you can also use Google Chrome to open multiple instances, which allows for refreshing.
