$BTC is currently at 104500 level. The market hasn't shown a strong bounce yet to the upside. The market seems indecisive. Usually after $BTC dumps, after the dip the bounce is very big. Proceed long positions with caution, put stop losses to 103000. Only risk what you can afford to lose. The 1 day timeframe is oversold. But 1 week timeframe is still overbought, this might indicate a further fall to the downside. We are at a point where $BTC is in the middle and it might as well go to each side decisively. Right now, the market hasn't decided yet. Practice caution at this point. There are times to go all in (still with proper risk management), and there are times to proceed with caution, this is the time to be cautious.
