👉If your buddy, your countryman, or the owner of that business is doing well, you want to do exactly the same, going with the idea and using the phrase "the sun rises for everyone." And yes! But before you think about opening exactly the same, stop and think.
🤔Many people are like this: when they see someone doing well, they decide to open the same business, and then another comes and does the same.
All three do poorly because the demand is the same. Now there's oversupply (and no one wins).
If your buddy opens a taco shop and does well, you open a bakery. Another could set up a fresh drinks store. 🧀 And someone else, a tortilla shop.
That way everyone wins:
Customers find everything in one place.
Businesses do not hinder each other, they complement each other!
