According to Zillow, the number of major metropolitan areas🌇 where renters need to earn at least $100,000 annually👛💸 to comfortably afford median rent has doubled since 2020, with eight cities now requiring six-figure incomes including 🌆New York, Boston, San Francisco, San Jose, Los Angeles, San Diego, Riverside, and Miami.
