Arizona has become the 2nd state of the United States after New Hampshire, through a law allowing the reserve of #Bitcoin and Crypto.

New Hampshire Enacts Bitcoin Reserve Strategy

On May 6, 2025, New Hampshire became the first state in the U.S. to enact a Bitcoin Reserve Strategy through Bill HB 302, signed by Governor Kelly Ayotte, allowing the state treasury to invest up to 5% of public funds into Bitcoin $BTC and precious metals.

This law, inspired by the model bill from the Satoshi Action Fund, targets digital assets with a market capitalization over 500 billion USD - currently only Bitcoin is capable of diversifying the state treasury.
