This announcement follows the January 21 declaration by U.S. President Donald Trump of a $500 billion investment in the Stargate Project—a collaborative effort involving openAI, SoftBank, and Oracle—targeted at advancing high-performance AI compute capabilities.
Through OpenAI for Countries, OpenAI intends to replicate such initiatives globally by providing sovereign-adapted instances of #ChatGPT and other models to support transformation across key domains including healthcare, education, and legal systems.
