Starting May 1, 2025, Binance launched a promotion to boost Alpha Points accumulation:

Double Counting: Purchases of Alpha tokens on the Binance Smart Chain (BSC) and any limit buy orders (regardless of network) are counted twice towards your Alpha trading volume.

Alpha Volume Formula:

Alpha Volume = 2 × (BSC Alpha token purchases + Limit buy orders) + Other purchases

Example Calculation:

Instant buy $100 of non-BSC token ABC → counted as $100

Instant buy $110 of BSC token XYZ → counted as $220

Limit buy $120 of ABC → counted as $240

Limit buy $130 of BSC token XYZ → counted as $260

Total Alpha Volume = $820, equating to 9 Alpha Points earned.
