#TariffsPause The USA intends to conduct phased negotiations with 18 countries based on a scheme prepared by the American trade representation. The plan aims to discuss the easing of tariff policy. It covers categories such as duties and quotas, non-tariff trade barriers, digital trade, product origin, and economic security, sources from the newspaper reported, noting that the document may change later.

📌As part of this scheme, the USA will outline requirements for individual countries, with negotiations taking place with major trading partners over the course of two months. Discussions are expected to conclude on July 8, when the 90 days, during which President Donald Trump postponed the introduction of large-scale tariffs against other countries, will expire. The USA will either extend the pause or, if the parties fail to reach an agreement, the tariffs will come into effect.
