Trustline on Xaman will not help — it only works with XRPL tokens, and ARB USDC is not included. If you have the seed phrase, import it into MetaMask, select the Arbitrum network, and check the address on Arbiscan. Otherwise — only paid recovery through Gatehub. Article Can you access USDC.
