🪙 The amount of Bitcoin on exchanges has hit a record low since 2018
According to statistics from Fidelity Digital Assets, the supply of Bitcoin on exchanges is sharply decreasing as institutions accelerate their accumulation:
- Only 2.6 million BTC remain on exchanges, the lowest level since November 2018
- Over 425,000 BTC (~$39B) have been withdrawn from exchanges since November 2024
- Public companies have accumulated nearly 350,000 BTC (~$32B) following the US presidential election
- In 2025 alone, these companies have been purchasing an average of over 30,000 BTC (~$2.8B) each month
