Babylon proposes changes to Bitcoin stacking fees
According to PANews, the Babylon Bitcoin Stacking Protocol announced on platform X that a governance proposal to modify the parameters of the Babylon Genesis chain is now in effect. The proposal aims to reduce the unstacking fee for the second phase of stacking from 100 sats/byte to 30 sats/byte. Voting on this proposal is currently open and will end on Monday, April 21, 2025, at 7 AM UTC.
