🏛️ Arizona Advances Crypto Reserve Bill

Arizona’s SB 1373 just cleared the House committee, proposing a Digital Assets Strategic Reserve Fund backed by legislative funds and seized crypto. The state treasurer could invest & loan assets like $BTC , stablecoins, NFTs—capped at 10% annually.

A related bill, SB 1025, would allow state funds to hold crypto directly.

🚨 But Gov. Katie Hobbs has vowed to veto all bills until disability funding is addressed, putting crypto legislation on pause.

Arizona leads U.S. states in crypto reserve progress—followed by Texas and New Hampshire.
