
2025 is proving to be a key year for ICP, with exciting events, strategic plans, and meaningful milestones.
The ICP Global Townhall Roadshow roundtable held from March 28 to 29 marked another significant moment in the Web3 space.
This event lasted 18 hours, showcasing over 90 projects from around the world, with more than 50 expert judges and over 20,000 attendees participating in the event, where Web3 builders gathered to showcase their solutions on a global stage, creating history.
Next, we will explore these projects, and we will also share the winners of the project proposals from each regional competition and look ahead to the next steps.
Main events: Six regional segments
This event aims to highlight the boundless potential of developers in the ICP ecosystem and provide them with opportunities to enhance visibility, gain support, find potential partners, and receive practical feedback.
To achieve this, the Townhall roadshow session is divided into six parts, each focusing on different regions of the world, and the jury selects one winning project in each part based on the project's concept, potential real-world impact, innovation, technical feasibility, and market maturity demonstrated during the roadshow.
Here is a breakdown of the various projects in the six sections.
Asian Alliance section
The Asian Alliance section began with a five-and-a-half-hour sprint featuring presentations from ICP HUBS in Korea, Japan, the Philippines, Singapore, Vietnam, Indonesia, Taiwan, and China.
This conference opened with the following projects from South Korea, introduced by ICP HUB Korea.
Piggycell: A platform aimed at connecting physical devices with users by creating a charging revenue-sharing ecosystem.
Save The Life: A platform that leverages AI and decentralized science (DeSci) to bring transparency to healthcare data, advance machine learning, and promote collaboration.
Marina Protocol: This project introduces a global Web3 'learn and earn' platform based on ICP.
BeatSwap: BeatSwap aims to revolutionize the music industry through a Web3 platform that allows artists to directly monetize beats via smart contracts.
Dmail: This project offers a decentralized email service that guarantees privacy and security while providing seamless interaction.
SubHub: A platform for developers and influencers that provides tools for sending personalized messages and marketing notifications to subscribers.
The jury evaluating these projects includes VaasBlock, Aaron Ting, Kento Ichikawa, and Bruno Calabretta.

The second part of the Asian Alliance section featured the following projects from ICP HUB Philippines and Singapore.
Waste2earn: A community-driven decentralized project that rewards recycling work with tokens.
Happ3n: A transparent event ticketing platform.
DAFI: This project from the Philippines is leveraging Web3 technology to radically transform agricultural finance, offering yield farming in a user-friendly form.
Hawk Portal: Hawk Portal focuses on redefining community-based gaming tournaments.
Ryori: This project proposes a platform designed specifically for restaurants, using QR codes and SaaS for efficient order management.
In this session of the Asian Alliance, PomoAI, StudySidekick ICP, CMX, CollectAIHub, and 0xScam took on the five-minute presentation challenge, showcasing their innovative solutions and gaining valuable insights and feedback to refine and strengthen their projects.
The judges are Ismael Jerusalem, Dom De Leon, Travis Ye, and Bruno Calabretta.
Next, ICP HUB Vietnam, Indonesia, and Taiwan introduced the following projects.
DFinance: A DeFi platform that revolutionizes lending on ICP.
Bridge23: An AI team management tool.
OfficeX: This project proposes a sovereign private cloud solution that ensures user data security by eliminating access by enterprises or governments.
UniDrop: This project launched a product aimed at changing the way gamers participate in airdrops.
CharClub AI: This project showcases an AI platform for interactive virtual characters, providing free and engaging experiences.
During this session, True Origin, Moosh, and Aginomous also proposed innovative solutions, continuously enriching and expanding the Web3 ecosystem.
The judges are Grace Sabandar, 50Xcapital, Will Do, Brendt Fuller, and Rich Han.

Finally, in the Asian Alliance section, ICP HUB China showcased the following projects.
DexFans: A fan-driven creator platform from China that allows the community to trade tokens related to their interests.
aZen: This project introduces a platform that transforms computing resources and applications into dynamic score NFTs.
zkBTC: A native BTC L2 solution that leverages zero-knowledge proof technology to achieve the next leap in enhancing the scalability and efficiency of BTC Layer 2.
CLP Finance: A full-chain liquidity protocol and native stablecoin platform within the ICP ecosystem, offering zero-interest crypto asset lending and liquidity management.
Predi, EnReach, MemeBulls, and Captur also proposed their innovative solutions, each contributing unique advancements to the Web3 ecosystem.
The judges include Vito, Raul Song, Dyro Guo, and Bruno Calabretta.
India section

The India sub-venue showcased four regional projects that highlight the region’s diverse innovations, and this sub-venue featured the following projects.
Lyfelynk: An Indian health data platform that securely connects patients and healthcare providers through ICP, allowing individuals to manage their health data while maintaining privacy and control.
SipnPlay: This project introduced a network of Web3 gaming cafes that reward participating players with tokens, providing a unique gaming experience where players can earn money during interactions.
Stringly: A decentralized social and dating platform that offers a safer and more private alternative to traditional applications.
Akaispace: A blockchain-powered GenAI solution data center that allows users to securely store and manage AI-driven data on the Internet Computer.
The judges for this conference are Milind Kumar, Amit Mehra, Kashif Raza, Bimlesh Gundurao, and Ahan Rajgor.
Africa Alliance section
The Africa Alliance section began first with ICP HUB Ghana and Kenya, introducing these projects.
Investa Farm: This project connects farmers with investors through ICP for sustainable growth, bridging the gap between agricultural development and blockchain.
PlutoFloww: A payment gateway that simplifies cross-border transactions using Web3.
Fries Coin: A food token project that rewards dining experiences with digital assets.
Transakt: A remittance solution that leverages the efficiency of ICP to lower costs and streamline the cross-border remittance process.
The judges for this match are Sahabia Yakubu, Kwame Stalwart, Emmanuel Kusi, Felix Macharia, and Brian Mwaura.

In the second part of the Africa section, ICP HUB South Africa and Nigeria introduced the following projects.
Streamlivr: A live streaming platform that pays creators directly through ICP.
Sweatstake: A data traceability platform for the weight industry that enhances transparency and accountability.
Big Water: An initiative in South Africa focused on tracking water usage on-chain, promoting transparency in water resource management, and providing impact proofing protocols to ensure accountability.
Konnadex: A Web3 payment gateway designed to simplify financial processes, providing seamless invoicing and easy, worry-free payments.
BigAds: A decentralized game advertising network powered by artificial intelligence.
Funti3r: This platform helps global businesses connect with skilled professionals to get work done.
The judges for this section include Jude Ozinegbe, Tunde Salako, Brenton Naicker, and Rhurshail Ramharry.
European Union Alliance section
The EU section starts with ICP HUB Portugal, welcoming these exciting projects.
Appic DAO: This project aims to facilitate token swapping across chains (e.g., ICP, EVM, Solana, and Bitcoin), utilizing liquidity from top DEXs to enable fast, low-cost swaps, thereby simplifying the decentralized exchange process.
TruMarket: Smart contract solutions for sustainable agricultural trade aimed at modernizing global agriculture.
IC Toolkit: A project that integrates governance, projects, and collaboration, creating a center that fosters growth and connectivity within the ICP ecosystem.
FAI3: This project is developing a tool that uses Web3 technology to certify AI models, ensuring transparency, trust, and improved performance through standardized AI metrics.
Onicai: A decentralized AI solutions company that articulates its vision for the future of AI development on ICP.
The judges include Allusion, Subvisual, ICVC, and Emilio Canessa.

Subsequently, ICP HUB Poland and Bulgaria introduced the following projects.
Tergo: A platform that helps individuals and companies achieve carbon neutrality.
DeAI Chat: A fully decentralized large language model (LLM) that allows users to chat with their own AI models while maintaining control over their data.
DataPond.ai: This project showcases a platform that provides complete transparency and control over how AI agents use personal data, focusing on ensuring user data ownership and security.
Trendlens: Predicting the unpredictable, this AI market forecasting tool uses LSTM for real-time trend detection and employs PPO for adaptive trade execution.
The judges include Nirado, Niklas Jabs, Dima Foremnyi, Bruno Calabretta, and Emilio Canessa.

In its section, ICP HUB Germany showcased the following projects.
Pionext: A community-driven platform that uses a credit-based system and automated market makers to propose, fund, and develop projects.
Lost Club Toys: This project introduced a toy NFT marketplace aimed at strengthening community connections among the next generation of enthusiasts.
Wavv: This project launched a social gathering application that connects people offline through ICP.
SEEK: A platform that redefines travel by creating customized AI experiences and enabling luxurious real-world asset (RWA) ownership through blockchain technology.

Next, ICP HUB Italy showcased the following.
AELIG: A platform redefining the NFT experience through low-energy displays, providing a wireless way to showcase artworks while verifying the authenticity and ownership of each piece.
TradeOnChain: A blockchain-based platform that transforms global trade through digital contracts, automated compliance, and secured payments.
Shootify: A platform that uses AI to transform fashion product images into stunning visuals of models wearing them.
Davide Pasini, Giorgio Scura, Tim Haldorsson, and Fred Crypto served as judges for this conference.
In the final part of the EU Alliance section, ICP HUB UK introduced these projects.
Skor: A hub for advanced gaming agents that enables gamers to save time, optimize performance, and earn rewards while mastering their favorite games.
Canistore: A platform that combines decades of expertise in the music industry with blockchain innovation to revolutionize the creator economy.
Agriidao: A decentralized infrastructure that enables cooperatives to build transparent, scalable, and self-sufficient food systems.
GlobaChain: A blockchain-driven payment solution for businesses.
Bonded: This project aims to help you prepare for immigration easily by collecting and safeguarding your documents.

South American Alliance section
The South American section kicked off with ICP HUB Argentina and Brazil, showcasing the following projects.
Polybots Rumble: A strategic robot fighting game where players can customize their robots and compete.
Memo: This project introduces an NFT protocol built on ICP for celebrating participation in events and course certifications.
ICP Bootcamp: This project provides economic rewards to students during their learning journey, making education more accessible.
Chatter Pay: A DeFi platform integrated with WhatsApp, providing secure crypto wallets for billions of users.
Meta Build City: This project launched a 3D multiplayer platform within the ICP ecosystem, allowing users to create immersive virtual environments to foster community engagement and monetization.
Echo: This project provides solutions for Alzheimer's patients, helping them preserve memories through voice recognition and blockchain technology.

Next, ICP HUB Mexico highlighted the following projects.
Meta Pool: A liquid staking ecosystem that integrates DAO governance, liquidity pools, and staking tokens.
HOBBI: A tokenized Web3 social platform aimed at enhancing social interaction and rewarding participation.
Omma Cash: This project proposes a system for AI-enabled cross-border remittances via WhatsApp, improving the efficiency of international remittances.
Starkfit: A fitness application that motivates users to achieve their goals using blockchain technology, financial rewards, and social challenges.
Plebes: A global organization supporting the use of ICP by funding open-source technology and creative projects.

US/Canada Alliance section
The ICP HUB US/Canada Alliance section showcased the following.

On March 29, with the conclusion of the last presentation and the end of the live broadcast, all participants clearly recognized that the future of Web3 will be built on ICP.
