I use two main types:
Fixed stop-loss - I set it near key support levels, based on chart analysis and how much financial heartbreak I’m willing to endure.
Trailing stop-loss - my MVP. It follows the price as it climbs, locking in gains, and cuts the trade when the party’s over.
