🔥 Dear #BinanceSquareFamily readers, the $OM decline in the market, the $WCT price movements, and the strange movements on the $KERNEL side continue. Today, as part of #SocialMining , I wanted to write about #ILOs in @DAO Labs .
🔎 Hello everyone. Today, I will talk about the operation of the #ILO (Initial Labor Offering) model offered by DAO Labs. First of all, ILO is not a token distribution mechanism. It is a process that aims to implement the core values of Web3, transparent participation and rewards in return. The community is essential here. In this article, I will talk about my participation in the ILO process carried out by DAO Labs for @Autonomys Network , my experiences, and the opportunities offered by the platform. I will conclude in 3 stages. If you are ready, I will start.
📌 Entry to the Pledge Pool
Previously, I was working on projects within DAO Labs as a social miner. When the Autonomys Network project came, I continued to receive the rewards I deserved by doing the same tasks. At this time, I was told that the Autonomys Network project was a new ILO and I was accepted to the Pledge Pool as a result of the evaluation made by the DAO Labs team. This process was based on criteria such as the quality of my previous contributions, my interaction with the community, and the quality of the content I produced. Then, the allocation rate that would be given to me was determined. It was a good motivation to know that the work I put in would directly affect my token allocation ( #AI3 ). This was enough to excite me from the very beginning. The most important thing here is that the content you produce is of high quality. Your exact allocation amount will be determined accordingly. In other words, I was aware that the more quality production I made, the better allocation I would earn. The biggest difference here is that it is a system focused on labor, far beyond the classic airdrop concept.
📌 The ILO Phase
The tasks I had to do during the ILO process were determined over a 4 week period. The tasks I completed both provided me with information about the project and paved the way for me to connect more with the community. At the end of each task, I shared the content I produced with my followers. I exchanged ideas with the feedback I received from them. I did not only introduce the project through tweets, articles, visual content and threads that explained the vision of Autonomys Network. I also reflected my perspective on this project to the followers in front of me. Who does not want to work hard for a beautiful project? Time was passing quickly. I had completed the first 2 weeks of the 4 week process. I was sharing the screenshots I took from the pages where I submitted my tasks with the community around me. Since I had done social mining in the past, I had a friendly and reliable profile in the community. People not only saw my efforts, but also had the chance to follow how I experienced this process.
📌 Flexible Vesting
The Flexible Vesting model in Autonomys Hub showed that ILO was just the beginning. This system spreads the token earnings I deserve over time, while keeping my interest and contribution to the project alive in the long term. In this way, I am not the first participant for the project, but also a community member who constantly supports it. Throughout the Vesting process, content continues to be produced for the community in the same way. At this stage, I guided new social miners who wanted to participate. If there were any issues they should pay attention to, I explained them. When I look at the basis of what I do, I can say that this is not just a job, but also the art of acting together with the community. If you believe in Social Mining, it will offer you long-term values beyond short-term gains.
👉 As a result, DAO Labs' ILO process is a turning point that changes the pre-sale culture in Web3 projects. Participants gain great rights thanks to a system based on knowledge and labor. Building the first community of strong projects like Autonomys in this way ensures a fair token distribution as well as the continuation of their own community in a permanent and productive manner. When I look back today, I did not just participate in an ILO process. I see myself as a social miner who has worked on many projects within the scope of social mining and has made great contributions to many issues. Being part of the community and sharing the same goals with them has always been a source of happiness for me. I think everyone should experience this pleasure.
