Changpeng Zhao (CZ), founder of Binance, has signed an agreement with Kyrgyzstan’s National Investment Agency (NIA) to advise the country on blockchain and crypto development. The partnership aims to strengthen Kyrgyzstan’s digital infrastructure, government systems, and economic growth.

CZ shared on social media that he’s advising multiple governments on blockchain beyond trading, calling the work "meaningful." President Sadyr Zhaparov emphasized the importance of this collaboration in advancing technology and training local specialists.

Kyrgyzstan, rich in renewable energy, is seen as ideal for crypto mining. CZ has also held talks with leaders in Malaysia, the UAE, and Bhutan.

This move follows CZ’s release from U.S. custody over AML violations. He’s now focusing on investments in blockchain, AI, and biotech, and recently donated $600,000 in BNB for earthquake relief in Southeast Asia.
