Musk stated that the Department of Efficiency Management (DOGE) has nothing to do with Dogecoin.
"It's just a meme name," he said, hinting that the internet chose it better than the officials.
Despite this, in February Dogecoin soared by 14% due to rumors, but Musk's recent comments have already lowered it by 3.3%.
