This reserve will be capitalized with bitcoins that will be owned by the federal government and whose source is the seizures made as part of criminal or civil assets, and has the advantage that it will not cost taxpayers a single cent, assured billionaire David Sacks proclaimed as the "crypto czar" of the White House, via platform X.
